📦 When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery right to your door.

🚚 How long does delivery take?

Our standard shipping time is 7 to 12 business days, depending on your location. Please allow a little extra time during peak seasons or for remote areas.

🔁 What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.

💸 Who pays for return shipping?

If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll cover the return shipping. But if your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll take care of everything at no cost to you.

🛠 What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

We’re so sorry about that! Please send a photo and your order number to office@aussie-peak.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to send the item back.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept payments via PayPal. We’re working on adding more payment options soon to make checkout even easier for you.

✉ Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can usually cancel or change it. Email us right away at office@aussie-peak.com with your order number. If it’s already been shipped, we’ll guide you through the return process instead.
