Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love what you order from Aussie-Peak. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to make the return process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

🕒 30-Day Return Window

Changed your mind? No problem. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

🔁 How to Start a Return

Simply send us an email at office@aussie-peak.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the next steps. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first — this helps us process everything properly.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

💳 Refunds – Processed Within 10 Business Days

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

❌ Items That Can’t Be Returned

  • Used items or items not in their original condition
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received something broken or not what you ordered? We're truly sorry — and we’ll fix it fast. Just send a photo and your order details to office@aussie-peak.com within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll send out a replacement or issue a full refund, no return needed.
